School Holiday Programs
Terms and Conditions

  • Enrolment is open to all, however, priority is given to participants with a disability.

  • Unless otherwise specified, all programs run from our premises at 160 Aitken St, Gisborne.

  • All programs are restricted to a maximum of 10 participants unless otherwise stated in the program details.

  • Our programs are designed for clients under 18.  However, more important than age, a client's developmental stage should be considered when determining whether the program will meet your needs. Our staffing ratios allow for flexibility in age, developmental stage and interest.  Smaller groups run within the wider program to ensure engagement and enjoyment.

  • Lunch is not provided unless stated in inclusions.
  • Parents and carers are welcome to remain on site for each session, however, this is not a requirement. We ask that if you do stay, you encourage your child to be as independent as possible during the sessions. Group sizes are limited to ensure individual needs can be met by staff.  Every program has a minimum of three staff to ensure individualised support for each participant. For more information about our staff click here.
