Imagine flying the skies in a life-sized replica fuselage of a Royal Flying Doctor plane right here in Gisborne with U&I Educational Partners!  The Royal Flying Doctors are on their way with a fully equipped flight simulator with stretchers, communications, oxygen, suction and other equipment used by our everyday heroes – the doctors, nurses and pilots of the Royal Flying Doctor Service.  Participants will  learn how to land a plane and rescue a patient! Afterwards, in the name of safety, participants will learn basic Pet First Aid facilitated by a Veterinary Nurse.

 

An interactive, fun and informative day for all ages. This program offers a fantastic experience not to be missed!

This program is capped at 14 participants with 7 staff in attendance (1:2 ratio)

 Age Group: 5+

What to Bring: As this program is running from our premises, lunch & a drink is all that is required.

Additional Information:  A healthy afternoon tea will be provided. Please notify us of any dietary requirements upon enrolment.
